Security Challenges

  • Al Kout Mall:
    Vulnerable areas beneath the bridge connecting the mall to Souk Al Kout posed significant safety concerns for visitors, particularly families and children. This uncovered section allowed direct access from the parking lot to the mall entrance, creating potential risks that required careful monitoring and mitigation.

  • 360 Mall:
    Critical gaps at the parking lot entrances left the premises exposed, impacting the ability to effectively monitor both vehicles and pedestrians entering the site. Without comprehensive coverage, these entry points presented security vulnerabilities that could affect visitor safety and overall operational oversight.

Applied Solutions

  • Advanced Surveillance Deployment:
    Panoramic and CCTV cameras, including License Plate Recognition (LPR) systems, were strategically installed to cover all critical entry points and previously uncovered areas.

  • Centralized Monitoring:
    Our EYE365 software integrated seamlessly with the client’s infrastructure, enabling real-time monitoring, intelligent analytics, and centralized control.

  • Access Control & Safety Enhancements:
    Smart access systems and AI-powered monitoring ensured smooth, secure movement for all visitors, while reinforcing compliance with local safety regulations.

Project Results

The implementation of a fully integrated security ecosystem has transformed visitor safety at Tamdeen Group properties. Previously vulnerable areas are now comprehensively monitored, enabling families to navigate the malls and leisure areas with confidence and peace of mind.
